Katie and Harry were one of the first couples to wed at St. Andrew’s Lake in Cheshire. With stunning grounds, a brilliant marquee and a lakeside outdoor ceremony spot, Katie and Harry’s wedding day was one of the most relaxed weddings that I’ve ever attended, and it is also one of my favourites.

Meeting in Switzerland during the ski season, Katie and Harry’s story started with great uncertainty. Lots of banter, mild flirting and tea towel whips (since they both worked in the kitchen) started their friendship. Multiple ski seasons followed before they finally became an item.

With lots of quotes from romantic comedies sprinkled throughout this gem of a wedding film, Katie and Harry’s wedding is easily one of my favourites.

Cheshire WEDDING QUESTIONS.

Cheshire is one of my local areas in the North West, seeing as I’m based in Liverpool. With over 100 wedding venues based in Cheshire, I can safely say that I haven’t been to them all, but the ones I have been to are: Dorfold Hall, The Old Palace, Combermere Abbey, Colshaw Hall, Merrydale Manor, Rookery Hall, The Oak Tree of Peover, Thornton Manor, Thornton Hall, Nunsmere Hall, Peckforton Castle, Heaton House Farm, Owen House Wedding Barn, Grange Barn, Styal Lodge, St Andrew’s Lake, The Plough Inn, Chester Zoo and Alcumlow Wedding Barn. I may be forgetting some, as it’s quite the list already.

I believe so. I can’t think of any venue in Cheshire where I have been unable to fly my drone due to air restrictions, but if you’d like to get in touch and ask about the airspace of your specific venue, I’d be more than willing to help you!

Cheshire is probably one of the nicest areas in the North West of England, and I frequently visit some of the more popular venues in the area. Dorfold Hall, The Old Palace, Colshaw Hall and Merrydale Manor are some of my favourites. Each of those have lovely grounds and buildings and are run brilliantly by their staff members. However, for me, it’s less about the surrounding areas or venues themselves, I just want to capture a wedding day that’s filled with love, happiness and beautiful words, so if that sounds like your wedding day, I’d love to hear from you.
